Third cup cafe is definitely one of the best breakfast spots in town, the staff is friendly the food is amazing and the prices are reasonable. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

Excellent customer service! Employees are happy to be there and attentive. I tried their BLT on sourdough with avocado and a pumpkin spice milk steamer. Later tried their spring rolls and rice. All of it was delicious! Third Cup Café offers a variety of cuisines to try beyond their all day breakfast. They offer healthy options and their breakfast menu includes the option to add a side of fresh fruit, which can be surprisingly hard to come by! The restaurant is quite large with many seating options including accessible seating. Food was served very quickly and menu is fairly priced. A good place to come with family and friends or spend an afternoon catching up on work. Would recommend Third Cup Café!

I recently visited Third Cup Café for the first time, drawn in by its reputation for coziness and delicious breakfast fare. The ambiance did not disappoint; the café is spacious, with tables arranged to ensure a comfortable level of privacy. It’s a great spot to relax or catch up with friends. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Our food arrived quickly, and I was impressed with the quality of the dishes—everything was delicious and well-prepared. However, I found the portion sizes of the meals somewhat underwhelming, especially when considering the price point. While the coffee servings were generous and satisfying, the breakfast items felt a bit lacking in comparison. Overall, Third Cup Café offers a pleasant atmosphere and tasty food, but I would recommend keeping an eye on portion sizes relative to prices. I would definitely return, perhaps just with a different expectation on the meal sizes!

Had a lovely brunch last minute with a group of 8 people. We walked in and immediately had a spot, and happily were surprised with the full brunch options! I had a caramel macchiato and their classic breakfast with sourdough. It was delicious!!

My friend and I had lunch here recently and it was the first time for me. We had the 'Sweet Chili Chicken and Fried Rice Bowl' Absolutely delicious...crunchy chicken bites were so flavorful and the portion was huge. The egg fried rice and veggies were also very good! Great value for price! Will definitely be back!

Excellent food. On street parking and close to the Ferry Terminal. We had a delicious breakfast - Brioche toast with maple syrup and fresh fruit for him; Avocado toast with a sunny side up egg for me. Perfect mugs of coffee- thank you for the option - we try to avoid single use products. Friendly atmosphere, wonderful food.

Great cafe and great service. I like the interior but I dont think having carpet for a restaurant is a great idea. The staff were attentive and friendly but the cafe should consider a branded shirt or something along those lines so employees look the same. Our cold drinks were excellent, she had the spring rolls and I had the eggs benny. Really well done. I would recommend this place and would return.
